1. Send letter to invite parties for an appointment before PM at least 7days
2. Make an appointment to PM
3. Send documents (including judgment, valuation report & other discovery documents ...etc)  to PM in the morning of an appointment
4. Usual Order terms including (a) set down for accessment of damange before Master / Judge within 14 days and the length of hearing, (b) discovery documents, (c) costs of application

Before Master

1. Send appointment letter to parties to fix day and c.c. to Court
2. On the date of appointment, bring a Notice of Appointment for Assessment of Damages + ($1,045) before listing officer (108A)

Before Judge

1. File the Application to set a case down for Accessment of Damages ($1045) + complied letter

1 File notice of assessment before Master ($630)

2. File List of Documents, valuation report, Suryer Report.. etc.
