HC: Issue Writ

• It must file Form 4 (Original) accompanied with Writ.
• If reassigned legal aided case, you must file Form 4 & Notice of Re-assigment (both orginal).
• Also, if you are the 3rd re-assigned solicitors, you must file Form 4 (oringal), 2nd assigned Solicitors' Notice of Re-assignment (copy) and your (3rd) Notice of Re-assignment (original) as well.
