1. Bailiff publish advertisement in newspapers 2 days before Auction

2. In the morning, bailiff will inform you the auction reserve price.

3. The 2nd-hand buyer will move the goods within 2 days

4. The guard will leave the premises on auction day.

5. Bailiff will send the paper to account office. After 3-4 weeks, account will send us the breakdown.
