If you apply a leave for Amendment and Renew expiry the Writ or Originating Summons at the same application. Upon filing the Amended Writ / OS after obtained leave, you MUST provided following documents on Court counter:
- Order / Notice of result
- Last sealed Writ / OS + Amended Writ / OS (Both two documents MUST file into Court.)
- copies of the Amended Writ / OS for sealing
