  • Judgment be entered under Unless Order. In case, it must:

1. The Plaintiff do not file Statement of Claim. If the Defendant do not attend the hearing, it must prove the service of the Order.

2. The Unless Order without wording "apply".

  • The draft Judgment can be lodged to the clerk of the Master/Judge of the Unless Order.
  • The format of the Judgment must "Pursuant to the Order made by Master ??? on 2/1/2015 ..... "
  • If the Unless Order with the wording "apply", it must issue Inter-Partes Summons for Judgment.
