High Court Form 

Form 16E

  • Upon received Defendant's Form 16C (For Defendant save costs purpose)
  • Within 14 days received 16C, Plaintiff should file & serve Form 16E (not accept the settlement) with Solicitors Certificate
  • Then Court will issue a letter to Plaintiff for direction on management of the case
  • Plainitff's should lodge (i) draft Order and (ii) draft Interlocutory Judgment for court approval. (Damages to be accessed and fixed costs on liability issue)
  • Serve 16E to the Defendant

 

Form 16D

  • Upon received Defendant's Form 16C (For Defendant save costs purpose)
  • Within 14 days received 16C, Plaintiff should file Form 16D  with Solicitors Certificate and draft Interlocutory Judgment
  • No need to serve 16D to the Defendant
