HC : Praecipe ($1045) + Writ [Court Fee + 1+5+1(for myself with seal)] + BF59 + Undertaking + sealed copy Judgment / Order  upon lodge for approval

- After approval and no amendment, lodge full set document without Judgment/Order to HC Bailiff Office  directly.

- If an amendment prompted, amend it and re-lodge full set as above into filing counter again.

DC : Praecipe (draft) + Writ (draft) + BF59 + Undertaking + Judgment / Order  upon lodge for approval

- After approval, whole set of application [i.e. Praecipe ($630) + Writ (1+5) + undertake + BF59 + Order/Judgment] with court fee and the draft Writ  into court

Lands : Praecipe (draft) + Writ (draft) + BF59 + Undertaking + Judgment / Order (Optional) upon lodge for approval

- After approval, whole set of application [i.e. Praecipe ($187) + Writ (1+5) + undertake + BF59] with court fee and the draft Writ  into court.

Procedure - Possession

1. received Bailiff's letter and called them for NTQ

2. after 7 days of NTQ, call Bailiff for Review (request Security Guard for Break Open) + BreakOpen (7 days after Review)
