2. obtain case number (NO sealed copy obtained)
3. endorsed by Clerk of Court (documents will be received by the officer)

- Order obtained

- Originating Summons (Form 86A) + A/S (no additional copy for Court, Use "HCAL" case no.)

1. Pay $1045
2. No date fixed + signed by clerk of court
3. Just file and obtain sealed copy of OS for service

- Service - serve OS + all documents filed before

- Affirmation of Service filing within 7 days

- Letter of appointment to parties for fixing date
