- Upon attending hearing application before Duty Judge, draft Injunction Order must provided for approval

- A intended Action number, a returnable hearing date, a sealed Order may be given and the draft Order approved as well by the court cleck upon hearing.

- The Writ of Summons will be issued thereafter (usually next day). 

- Non-disclosed Party may affirm his Affirmation before a Judge without signing anything (including the Judge signature). The said Affirmation can be filed into Court without any signature upon issue Writ of Summons.

 

 

Step:

1. Pay court fee at account office for Writ of Summons($1045) & the original Order ($1045).

2. Obtain sealed Order first (Rm108), then issue case number at Registry.

3. Mark hearing date at Rm G32, then return to Registry.
