Debtor Bankruptcy Petition : Don't delete the original date, add a new date under the original, client sign again the Petition with the words of (attested on ??/??/2014) and sign a new signature. NO Statement of Truth necessary.
In case, the requisition with wording "...Amended Petition be expunged and Solicitors to file a properly amended Petition...". You should file a fresh Amended Petition in red, no need to file re-amended Petition (in green color).
The re-attestation, re-attestation date and re-filing date should be typed in black without any underlining in red.
