Issue Winding up Petition
- Petition (1+ 5 copies + $11250 [Payable to Official Receiver's Office]) + Client Affirmation (1 + 4 copies + $1045) + (Authorization & Board minutes if Petitioner is Limited Company)
- Step: Pay O.R. deposit -> Pay Court fee -> issue case no. -> obtain hearing date -> obtain sealed copies -> serve Bailiff -> serve O.R.
* Petition must dated on the day of issue
** Client Affirmation date MUST the same or AFTER WITHIN 4 days of the date of Petition.
Other Practices
- If the address of the Company's R.O. is not business office, eg. (CPA / Legal firm), the Petition MUST be served on the shareholders/directors of the company by ordinanary post. Company search MUST be produced in the Affirmation of service.
- If the hearing adjourned, Registrar Certificate hearing MUST re-fix and hear on Monday before coming adjourned hearing.
