- If no 1st Appointment date given before, you can obtain FAH when filing
Issue Petition with Exparte Application
- lodge Petition, the Exparte Application (including non-disclose address, no original Marriage Certificate...etc) with draft Order to Family Court for approval first. Mark the court book and check few days after. The original Petition & documents can not be taken out from Registry after approved.
Inter-Partes Summons
- Summons MUST accompany with Affirmation except Amendment/dispensed with service which accompany with a letter only.
