Upon a hearing adjourned and prefer to restore with 30 minutes or above estimated. It is necessary with leave to Court by a letter before. Then, it may either a return date be given or leave to fix date from the Court. If leave to fix date be given, it is necessary write a appointment to opposite party to fix date at Family Court.
If opposite party has been unable to contact, it is necessary inform the Court current situation (i.e. obtained an Order for substituted service) by letter upon fixing date.
